We welcome your questions about this project

My neighbors on the south side of the street are saying that we, the northside, are getting sidewalks. Any truth to that?

    Thanks for the question.

The right of way of Dooridge is fifty from the center of the road and the main line utilities and road construction will be performed within that area.  The individual house connections for your water and sanitary sewer are made at the right of way line or where the existing water valve box or sanitary cleanout is located.

Will the drain ditch be filled?
The proposed storm work at this location includes a catch basin and ditch enclosure.  There will still be a shallow swale to convey water to the catch basin.  Water needs to drain from the roadway to the swale and from the property to the swale.

Thank you for the question. No additional sidewalks are planned for this project.  However, any existing sidewalks impacted by the work will be replaced.
